Calvanese Advisory was founded by Enrico Calvanese, a former McKinsey Engagement Manager and interviewer, and a graduate of Harvard Kennedy School.

Enrico spent his McKinsey career across the US and Italy offices, working in strategy and transformation across healthcare, public sector, and consumer clients. He was one of the most active contributors to the firm's recruiting efforts, conducting roughly three times the interview volume of his peers across multiple recruiting cycles. Before McKinsey, he worked as an economist at the World Bank.

That depth of experience, on both sides of the table, is what this practice is built on. Every session is conducted by Enrico directly, applying the same evaluative lens used in real interviews to give candidates an honest assessment of where they stand.
